Our new facility is located just east of Gasworks Park, on the north end of Lake Union. We now have a 2000 sq ft facility with two office spaces, a high-ceiling workshop with a finishing area plus extra space with plenty of room to grow.
Seattle Shipwrights, Inc. was formerly Seattle Shipwrights Cooperative located at the Canal Boatyard for twenty years. Business owner Bruce Maresh, a coop member for ten years, and his crew are happy to be at the new location--back on the waterfront.
Since the founding of the Coop, through incorporation, followed by changes in personnel, Bruce and his crew have always carried on the tradition of fine, old-world woodworking and ship repair of all types.
